Kenilworth
A couple of days in Kenilworth & a day trip along the range from Mapleton to Maleny.
I cooked 2 dead chooks in the barby & no one had food poisoning, to my knowledge.
Tonight we are going to the Kenilworth pub for dinner, where they have allocated 45 minutes to sit, have dinner & rack off, to make room for the next lot. These are the joys of living with Covid.
Camp Kenilworth.
The Designer Dunny.
Afternoon walk along the Mary river.
The Mary River & Yvonne & Sue.
Yvonne.
Morning tea at Montville.
Yvonne has found a pet during the great dog shortage.

Another day or 2 in Nanango
Cycling was the order of the day, we headed off on the back roads to Kingaroy, 30 some odd kilometres (horizontally). Unfortunately on the way we discovered some massive hill climbs, or more precisely, 'mountain climbs' which proved to be very character building & the horizontal distance was extended by several kilometres due to the insane vertical component. But, man, it was great coming down those hills. Sue, who had organised this trip, pulled out & returned to Nanango only 10k into the ride, Yvonne returned with her, leaving the rest of us to complete 70k of serious hard riding.
The hills (mountains) were so severe it turned into a 3 hour trip each way.
On return Wendy & Greg arrived, which brought our numbers up to 8.
Today we did the Nan.1. ride which had similar terrain but only 32k in length.
Only 4 of us completed the main ride today -: Carmel, Glen, Mark & Gunther.
Tonight we have booked to go to the pub for dinner, the first pub night in a long time.
Today is ' World Gin Day' so tonight we will partake in some G & Ts'.
A completely unrelated, ring in picture of some seagulls in Tasmania.
Ready to leave for Kingaroy.
On the bike way.
It was a long boring ride to this point, so Carmel decided to take off her cloths to keep us entertained
Arriving in Kingaroy.
Plenty of energy after having lunch in Kingaroy.
Power station.
Arrived home & Wendy & Greg were there.
Off again to the op shop & the Nan.1. ride.
A visit from the doctor in the middle of nowhere.
Up the hill.

Finally we are out of prison & back on the road in our tin box where life is sweet.
This time travelling once again with friends, we are with Carmel & Glen.... Sue & Mark, in a free camp in Nanango. Wendy & Greg will be joining us tomorrow. The plan is for a mountain bike ride to Yarraman.
