Kandanga in November

Just a couple of days in the free camp in Kandanga, which is surprisingly green, they must have had some rain here. Quite a change from our inland trips. We are here with Mark, Sue & her mum & dad.
The swimming pool is located conveniently, directly across the road. We have spent the afternoon eating, drinking & lazing in the pool & in a few minutes we will have a barbeque. This will probably be the last outing for the caravan prior to leaving for Tasmania in February.

Day 2 a walk around Kandanga & a drive to Imbil & Borumba dam. Super hot today & storms predicted.

Some Non chronological random stuff

Wednesday, having coffee beachside at Burrum Heads on our weekly ride there.

Laura & Jason ready for the sixtys ball, we stayed the night to mind the boys. There were 2 sore                                                                     heads in the morning.

Yvonne holding some Tomatoes, capsicum & betroot beside the thriving corn plants. The vege patch                                                                    is doing very well.

Farewell lunch to wish Ev & Jan all the best in their moves to Maryborough & Hervey Bay,                                       respectively. Our riding group will be poorer for their departure.

A trip to Cosco would not be complete without a small soft serve.

3 Nights at Bribie Island

This is much more our speed, way less people. We couldn't get into the caravan park on the passage, so we ended up on the surf side. Went for an afternoon swim & the water temp was perfect.

Some random pics at the caravan park.

Camp Bribie, a now familiar pictograph in all the blogs.

Selfie, just had a great swim.

                                                 Swimming this morning.

Morning tea at the coffee shot.

Yvonne says we need a new lounge, so test sitting is under way.

Anna at swimming club last night, now swimming 25 metres.
